I don´t remember them changing much with burn in. I got nice rich bass on mine though even though I wouldn´t say them being bass heavy quite neutral. I just love the tone of it too

Finally into the quadruple digits.

I'd be willing to try out the 435's and the 400's if you guys will accept me into the program =)

Simple question from Poland:
The 8.35 and 435 S share the same drivers, but 8.35 are closed and 435S are open?
So, the best sounding closed headphones from GM (not the most expensive) are 8.35?

Or GMP250, although they don't isolate that well.
They do sound great.

So the 8.35 are better headphones than GMP 450 PRO in Your opinion?

Price does not matter.

I never heard the GMP8.35.
Some like the GMP250 better than the GMP450Pro, who by the way isolates as bad as the 250.

I preferred the 450 Pro overall over the 8.35D monitors... 450 Pro is market as closed but they leak to such amount they are essentially fully open. They don´t isolate at all.

So if you need isolation you will preferr the 8.35D Monitors for sure. Also if you need bass. The 450 Pro are on the bright side. Good with voices and classical I would say. Juicy mids like some say the 250 Pro has too?

Miss that a bit on my 435S at times surely they are more dry and extremely flat in their response.

Yes, the best sounding closed headphones from GM are the 8.35. With the newer pads you can make them sound like the 250 and better IMO.

BTW, what's up with the program, who is next?

1)Which pads are you using with 8.35D now ?
2)Are those pads available @ shops like JABEN ?
3)Is 435S better than 8.35D ?
4)If the answer of ^^ is YES, then, would 8.35D sound like 435 S/250 or better with Ear Pads you are using ?
5)You have heard 250,435S and 8.35D. Which are the best with stock pads and how ?
6)Best Buy = 8.300D/8.35D/435S ?
