EDIT: Since I am bound to be ordering more phones straight from Japan in the future, is there anyone I can contact at PriceJapan regarding shipping/decalration possibilities? I keep hearing about Kaneda?

Kaneda is the guy who runs the site, and the e-mail listed on the site goes directly to him. He's very quick to respond and helpful.

Thanks MuppetFace, I'll get in touch with him then.
I should be making an effort to take pictures and sell my second W3000 as well, I can be a bit lazy when it comes to that.

Good job! Awesome pictures (there http://www.head-fi.org/t/599878/audio-technica-ath-w3000anv-limited-edition#post_8207662). Fair price too! A bit lower than the other pair on sale right now.

Someone knows exactly why Kiteki is getting banned like that? He's just got banned again...

I found the ultimate stand. If I remember correctly, pictures are from Kiertijai on Thai Munkonggadget forum.

Okay not so ultimate... this blue accents one doesn't fit the HE90 much at all. Unless it's adjustable and simply poorly adjusted.

Thanks, I did what I could with my wife's pocket camera.
I have been waiting for months now for my Panasonic GX1 to arrive.
I already have the 25mm 1.4 lens which would be great for such pictures.
Not that I'm much of a photographer, just more of a gear-fi thing.  ;)

The pictures can be better though on a sunny day.
I took a few nice ones of the HA5000ANV.
The sun brings out the color of the lacquer nicely when captured at the right angle.
I wonder what that would give with the Fostex.

I simply do not understand the desire to contact the ear pads using a headphone stand.

I don't suppose you could open up the chassis w/ a screwdriver and snap a few pics?  Just curious.

:P There you go: http://www.forum.munkonggadget.com/detail.php?id=46309

Don't have to be able to read Thai to understand a bit of what's going on in this huge thread, only by looking at the images :P.

Look out for Freesystems PS-1 kit, I had never seen those pics before.

Good luck in buying the stand :P, I think this guy is the owner / made it

Actually I think it could be kiertijai as well, even more likely so. This electrophysiologist guy just seem to me like someone to hand build his own stands to show off one of his two Orpheuses, lol.

So what's the status of the TH-900 shipping, Muppetface?

Searches are showing 32ohms, which seems right.

Well, the pics of the manual that Jude posted in the gallery state:

Impedance: 25 ohm
Sensitivity: 100 dB/mW
Frequency Range: 5~45000 Hz

That seems like a very low impedance and high sensitivity... I wonder how that'll translate sound-wise and the implications for good match of an amplifier.

Ah, then they are the same as the Denon line drivers perhaps?

Still no word from PriceJapan.

Would certainly be nice if they shipped this week.

I'm wondering if PriceJapan has problems getting it at that price (as such the delay). Every time I check the usual sources, the cheapest I can find are at least Y16,000 (USD$192) more than what PriceJapan has quoted. Even 2nd hand on Yahoo Auction, is $36 more than PriceJapan.

In situations like this do you pay upfront or wait till PriceJapan secures the product then pay?
