I've been trying over the past few months but I can't seem to do it. If the Arya can make me hear differences between the headphone jack -> headphone path like the Diana TC can then I'll consider it. Maybe I've actually reached the end.** …. Psst!: “that’s your job ….”

Greatest Hits (1971) by Fleetwood Mac - I don't normally go for Greatest Hits albums, preferring to listen to the full albums but this one is such a perfect collection showing off the brilliance of Peter Green and his very able sidekicks, Jeremy Spencer and Danny Kirwan. I bought this album when it first came out simply because of Albatross and was subsequently blown away by just how good the rest of the tracks were. This to me is proper Fleetwood Mac, not the huge pop machine that it became (which I also like) but this one has blues at it's heart and Peter Green is one of the greatest blues players to ever pick up a guitar. Went with the Schiit stack for pure tone and the RS-1x for guitar goodness and effortless detail and imaging.

My new Audio-gd DI-20 DDC is finally here! Plugged a Ricable (italian brand) Supreme I2s and oh boy was it worth it!
Immediately noticed more note weight, better positional cues, and dead silent background - also, something is happening in the bass region too, but i need more time to tell exactly what's goin' on).
Now the journey begins. Let's put sumn on Quobuz first... Maybe a few Tour de Traum compilations to warm everything up.

KLH Ultimate One off my IPhone 14 with a dongle, way better than what the airline was just passing around.

CAL! on my new iFi Zen Air Can:
I'm really enjoying the XBass and XSpace functions on this amp a lot more than I expected to. My CAL! really sings with both. XBass adds a decent but tasteful amount of bass, and the XSpace function actually works quite well in expanding out the stage and adding a touch of treble sparkle.

I am curious about that amp, but can only find like five reviews on the net and two of them are sellers.

Never did an extensive write up, other than quick impressions... Very very transparent amp, coloration comes from HP and DAC. I find it has an exceptional bass response, it's like elevated and extended - the way I like it -,it has great impact, I liked it so much more than the topping A90D or the 789 (different league of course). It's super powerful, transient are so much better than my old/other amps... Dynamics are to die for. Perfect companion for my 3 planars.
Edit: also, I like the sound that the relais makes when turn the knob, I like that it feels reliable, I like the quirky but beautiful audio gd aesthetic.

I have one and there is discussion here and there in most of the Audio-gd threads. The Master 9 thread is a good place to start.
