Thanks for the input. Why not have a few of you guys show up. I’ll introduce you to the guys that run it and maybe we can get them to sponsor your meets.

I’ll be there so be sure and come by and say hi even if it’s just to say hola! Their store is seriously bitchen and these guys know how to treat customers with respect!

As a resident of MI I have to say your statement is accurate. It was stupid to move back.:) At least the summer is nice here. All three weeks of it!

this talk of a speaker amp for a utopia is absolutely ludicrous....for the most part you should be 12-3 for the most part...if you have to be listening at 7 o clock it is absurd...in addition yes you can overpower a pair of HP's...a good headphone amp will be the far better choice

that's a bit harsh. folks can try whatever options they like with their headphones. tho it's possible to blow a headphone driver, it's not a foregone conclusion. the end user controls the volume.

So this is what I ordered but unclear as to how I need to connect the negative terminals from the L/R speaker posts to this PM57 that only has a single negative connection?

The directions speak about using a 1/4" stereo TRS jack. Would something like this work?

One of the things I enjoy most about the Utopia is it's ability to produce clear full sound at relatively low volume levels. At age 60, I'm trying to preserve what hearing I have left so it's doubtful I will ever feel the need to resort to using a speaker amp. The Ragnarok set on low gain is more than enough for the Utopia.
