Those have always intrigued me. I also consider my Harbeths to be my speaker equivalent of Utopia, how all the music coheres together as one but with plenty of soundstage and detail galore....
Does anyone know what can cause crackling in the Utopia’s? I immediately disconnected and reconnected and it was gone but later came back and then after putting things away and coming back was gone again. It hasn’t returned and never showed up on a different amp. Yet other HD’s never cracked on that particular amp either. So I’m at a bit of a loss.

The built in stand with the Focal Arche was the real reason I wanted to try it out. Didn’t want to pay like $300 just for matching stand. Previous setup I had Woo Audio stand for under $100 but didn’t like that had sharp corners on it. Had to be very careful when placed the headphones back on. I also had one of those wooden Omega type stands but was too short once I got the Danacable put on. Was bending the connectors at the cups.
I used a very cheap headphone stand and did not think much about it at first. Then I purchased the Arche and almost did not bother to attach the stand, however it has been a real blessing as I am never temped to leave the phones anywhere else. Sadly my cheap stand left the leather with two clear lines, I wish I had invested in a good stand when purchasing the Utopias but you live and learn.
Are there any differences between the pre-2020 and current production model other than cables and accessories?
And where are we at with realiability with drivers
