If you have them in stock, maybe @Soundizer should look you guys up.

Most manufacturers don’t allow US dealers to ship out of the US territory. I’d like to be of assistance but in this case I’m unable based on the rules.

Just put RDS cones underneath the [ecp] amp and added the Bybee Gold RCA Adapters. The Clear [running balanced] sound truly exceptional [Ten Years After: Cricklewood Green, "50,000 Miles Beneath My Brain", on Tidal].
[Left the Utopia at another house, unfortunately.]

Can anyone recommend a HEADPHONE DAC.AMP with both Optical input and remote control. This is to connect with a TV and listen on Focal Clear.
I know the HUGO 2 is an option, but currently out of my price range.

Too bad the questyle dacs don’t have a remote control.

I am running my Clear on a Questyle CMA 12 and am extremely satisfied.
And the CMA 12 comes with a remote control.

Get a used (or new) Benchmark DAC. Fantastic sound. I am using it as we speak.

The Questyle DACs do have a remote. It only controls volume, however.

Same for me. I have the dac1 and dac2 and they are simply spectacular.

I still own a DAC2, which replaced a DAC1. For music, the DAC2 is markedly superior to the DAC1. For TV viewing, the difference might be less noticeable.
For music I now use a Questyle CAS192D Gold Edition DAC feeding a Rogue RH-5, with the DAC2 relegated to occasional TV watching duty. That said, the
ergonomics and reliability of the Benchmark are beyond reproach, and the sound is generally excellent as well.
