Anyone know where i can buy a good 2.5mm trrs to 3.5mm adapter ? I need it for my flc 8s with 2.5mm balance cable. "@ajaxender is right! The sub filter controls leaking of the sub, the red one has no hole, no sub leaking, so it got the most Sub, the clear one has a big hole, the leaking is the most, so it got a weakest  Sub.The Bass filter controls airflow if the DD, then controls amptitude of the diaphragm vibration.The nozzle with dampening material to control the treble of the BA, and the size of the side hole controls overlap amount of the Mid from DD. Very easy to understand, right?"
 
Still if i remove it just goes wild and awful or increases to be like gray?

The gold and gray both have the damper. The green doesn't, so removing the damper would most likely lead to similar treble as the green. Some people like it with no mid/high filter at all so it can't go wild. My main concern then would just be that you likely can't revert it.

I couldn't find it. I only saw 3.5mm to 3.5mm and 3.5mm to 2.5mm.

I tried them but i don't like it. Im using null audio arete 2.5mm balanced cable for my flc 8s right now. I'm planing to get a mojo soon , so that's why i need a 2.5mm trrs to 3.5mm adapter.

Don't think that's what he needs. That isn't a balanced adapter. It just a lows you to use a 3.5 mm nonbbalanced cable with a device with a 2.5mm socket.
