These "look" interesting? What is the technology behind them that justifies the weight and price? Or are these just a luxury product designed for visual bling and price exclusivity to appeal to the more dollars than sense crowd?

The whole metal is stainless steel there are two drivers one of them is 8mm the another one will be 40mm....and final audio states that they took years of research of making it as it will be their first overhead type headphone

I was hoping more of a fullsized version of the gorgeous Fi-Ba-SS.
 
But this is more like a franken Piano Forte...
 
Orait guys..  brb gonna head to the gym to workout my neck muscles..
 
But in order to afford these..  I need to cancel my gym membership....

If you drop it you'll snap the cable...as well as your neck.
Probably bullet proof too, and can kill burglars when they come to your house
