Dear friend,
Changing the amp module may not work if it is a hardware issue with the X7MKII body. But you could have a try if you have another amp module.
Best regards

Ok, so you're sorted. I have a spare AM5 I would have lent you for testing.
Oh the Viper is there hidden in the widgets but.................................. its in chinese so no idea whats going on
Anybody knows if the amp module AM3E from the Q5s is available as standalone amp module?
Also, is there's a difference beside the 4.4 connector compared to the stock amp of the X7II?
AM3D, it is the same as the AM3C, but much less rare. The AM3E is not a THX AAA module, is an AM3B with 2.5mm connector. Quote from FiiO: "AM3A-AM3B-AM3E, they have similar circuit and OP AMP chips, AM3E adds 2.5mm interface to AM3B"
Me.Does anyone else have the issue of apps like Spotify wiping itself whenever the device powers off?

how about the AM5 , hi-power output, does anyone have any reviews?
From what I've read it is well liked. I wish there was a balanced version.
