This is the Carot One NIK58 tube amp
Just tried Tidal and Quobuz on Wifi and no problems at all. I also linked to my Bluetooth speaker via BT and no frying bacon thankfully it was all clear as a bell with everything I tried.
Lucky you then.
It wasn't rubbing it in - it was simply providing a data point (as others have done) regarding the bluetooth and/or wifi performance. You have nothing to apologise about.
What it does show is that the problems people are having cannot be simply software related (or we would all have them), and cannot be related to all X7s (or again we would all have them).
The best bet is to give Fiio as much information as possible - and let them investigate and come up with solutions
when do the AM2 go on sale?
How and where are you playing music to Bluetooth from the X7? Are you using FiiO Music or something else? Did you ever click the specialized bluetooth buttons in the FiiO Music app?
When is FiiO going to properly document the X7 firmware and produce a comprehensive user manual? Currently it feels like users are all being treated as beta trialists on a voyage of discovery.

Here's the X7 User Guide which was completed earlier this month.
Seems people are not aware of it yet though h34r:
And here's our effort at documenting the new DLNA function in FiiO Music...
