Line out one can use any 3.5 inter connector? But Coaxl needs a special connector?
X5III to amp just 3.5 to 3.5 interconnector ?as with any DAP I've come across, it would require a 3.5mm to RCA COAX cable..which is included in the box

Great, just making sure. I only had X3 and X5.Yes, just like the X3ii/X5ii/X7, any 3.5mm to 3.5mm interconnect will work for line out.
And may i politely add, aptX is working well with my Marshall Woburn.
I think it is fair to say that everyone is holding out hope for this! I have my pre-order in already as FiiO is one of the only brands we can get in NZ. The other is A&K and I simply don't think they are good value for money.
Where did you pre order from and for how much in NZ, good sir?

It would probably more accurate to say that I have placed an "intent to order"! I have asked ComputerLounge to place an order with their supplier as soon as it becomes available (which usually means they get it in store within 2-3 days of international release). According to their supplier (who has yet to finalise price), it will fall somewhere in the range of NZ$600-700.
Cool - I was quoted $650 from soundessentials.co.nz

Some more kudos to Fiio. Not sure if this was intentionally done, or not, but between FW 1.03 and 1.0.9 I've seen a nearly 5% increase in playing time during my standard battery life test.
Details of test:
Album: Lorde - Pure Heroine
Quality: 48kHz / 24-bit
Load: Pinnacle P1 (50-ohm)
Volume: 102
Play for 8 hours non-stop, screen off
Results of test:
FW 1.0.3 - battery dropped by 71%
FW 1.0.9 - battery dropped by 68%
If anyone is curious about the effect of sample rate on battery life, I also ran my usual test between 192/24 and 48/24 files on FW 1.0.9, same details as previous test
Results of test:
192/24 - battery dropped by 77%
48/24 - battery dropped by 68% (a roughly 13% saving in battery drain)
