Hi all, i’m having a strange issue with my M6 and TRN V80 iem’s. With the stock cable sound is good. But I just connected my new upgrade cable (also TRN, a thicker 8 core cable). And as soon as I start playing music there’s a high pitched squeel sound in the background. Kind of digital squeel. When I stop the music, the noise is still there, for about 15 seconds and then quits (as if the amp or DAC shuts off. As soon as I start the music it’s back.
I connected my earphones with this cable to my iPhone for comparison: no squeel. So it’s something between the cable and the M6. Any suggestions? I’m a bit puzzled

I would like to verify: Does this M6 Support DLNA? If yes, is the support via an application on a smart phone, or is the M6 a standalone DLNA receiver/client/renderer?

need help, how do i connect to wifi with log in? its just say connected but no internet, it should prompt a username and password to connect to the internet

Dear friend,

You can install the es file explorer, after connecting to the wifi, launch es file explorer and access an Internet site e.g. google, it will redirect you to the wifi login page.

You may try this method to see if it helps?

I am a regular buyer of fiio, having the FH5, X3ii, X7ii, and bought the M9 for my wife

I am a bit jealous of my wife's M9, lol, and notice the M6 has come along. I'm keen to purchase but would like some idea of the sound quality with the FH5's viz the X7ii and M9 for example? I also have an M0 from Shanling with I got for xmas, but, whilst it's a great little device, a little small for serious use. Thus am curious at how the M6 compares sonically.

Has anyone connected the M6 to Chord Mojo as a transport?

If so, how does it connect? I tried connecting my wife's m9 via USB and Coax, and couldn't get it to work (using coax i have for my X3ii, but there's an "extra" pole with that?)

If and when it does connect does it bypass the Android limitations and use own drivers to allow proper hires decoding or default to Android's 16/48 nonsense?

Just bought an M6, hooked up to wifi, and trying to do an online firmware update but keep getting a 'no TF card found' error. Do I need a microsd installed for this to work? Any help gratefully received!
