Anybody in China can give an impression already? I’m torn between the R6pro and M11.

Also anybody know where I can give the M11 a listen in Shanghai?

Has anyone found a good Hiby Music APK. I downloaded one that was version 3.2 and I can't get it to scan for music. It will start a scan and get part way through and then the app shuts down.

What makes neutron better? Also I see it is $6.99 so not free like Hiby Music is.
I got neutron for free. Onkyo app is pretty good.

On the X5 3rd gen, while use of third party players was possible, use of the DAC and chips to get the best sound wasn't possible. There was specific DLL files to use.
From the posts above it would suggest this is no longer so. Can anyone confirm? Anyone from FiiO?

Test the trial. 7 bucks is way too cheap for what that app is. And it's somehow what FiiO should be offering with their DAPs, otherwise you don't get to taste the really good hardware they are delivering.

I am giving it a try. So far the interface doesn't seem as nice or as intuitive as the FiiO or Hiby music apps.

Agree. The interface is oldschool and not helping. But try to find threads here in Head-Fi and set it up. It can achieve really great sound. They've given support to some FiiO players in the past.

I tried hiby, also am very familiar with neutron and like it. Also have that. Both are better options than fiio player imo. And both worth checking out. They are very powerful players.

Anyone have any good solutions for accessing music from an iPhone? Or anyone using dlna setups ? Just curious what what people are doing. I have not loaded much music yet to my m11
