I've never tried M5s but I personally prefer the sound over Hiby R6, Plenue 2, AK 70MkII and N5iiS

It was quite a long while since I've tried it but I recall disliking it due to the overly metallic timbre it produces.

The M11 could not support google play so you may not be able to download it. But if you have the APK file of UAPP, you could install it directly instead.

Thanks, yes I have the APK. I also have the APK for HiBy Music, so I assume that will run as well. I like to use different players to test the sound.

I'm afraid the high-end devices will be even bigger and heavier, especially if they decide to use interchangeable amps as expected.

Does anyone know if the All to DSD function works for digital output - i.e. can the M11 upsample to DSD and send that DSD signal to an external DAC?

The product page says "With the All To DSD functionality, all PCM audio signals will be converted to the DSD format during the digital-to-analog conversion process..." which leads me to believe this only applies to the internal digital to analog conversion process.
