Tested the M11 briefly at CanJam. It looks and feels really nice and the UI is snappy and responsive which for me is just as important as the sound.

I assume they are the first batch produced for reasons (testing, production calibration) and evaluated good to be sell.
Some kind of beta-access like. I trust FiiO to deliver functionnal products though.

From my understanding, it's only available from China right now and they'll open up for the rest of the world in May. I just happen to be in Shanghai this week and had my colleague order it for me on JD.com.
I haven't much time to play with it but I can say that Tidal works great and offline mode as well. Although my main issue right now is the slow speed of the WiFi I have access to.

Would also be logic. I although can't help out myself from hoping they can be delivered earlier to Europe too.

Can't speak for the others but this is just a hobby for me. Unexplainable and totally dumb if taken from pure logic, but I just like to get new stuff, compare it from previous ones and simply enjoy it.

Understood, but bet there are many new or newer daps you never tried before already in the market.
