¡Agradezco toda la información y el esfuerzo de su parte para solucionar estos problemas!
He estado usando FIIO M11 desde 2019. Solo el controlador MTP en Windows me funcionó para transferir archivos de micro SD a PC - PC a micro SD, los primeros dos meses, a partir de entonces, Portable Media Player ya no apareció. A veces la PC no reconoce FIIO M11, probado en varias PC.

hey! I'm a happy M11 owner and just wondering if I can "fine tune" the time-out for the volume slider to "disappear" ? I'd love it stay longer than just a second or so...

Did you try another usb cable and ports for help? And you could try the factory restore for the M11 as well.

¿Probaste con otro cable USB y puertos para obtener ayuda? Y también podría intentar la restauración de fábrica para el M11.

Sí, probé varias veces el reinicio de fábrica, cambio de cable, cambio de PC y puertos USB.
Nada funcionó.

It seems to be a hardware issue with the USB port. You could try to contact your seller or support@fiio.com about that.

Can you say the Brand they use of Fiio M11 Battery, 3.8 V, 3800mAh, and if it is possible to put a battery at 3.7 V at 6500 mAh.

The battery is from Apower Electronics Co.,Ltd.. And if the size of the battery you mentioned is suitable, it could theoretically work with the M11.
