Hi everyone, I have an M11 first generation and I play all my local music stored on SD card with Poweramp. I love it.

I plan to subscribe to a streaming service for the first time, like Qobuz, Tidal or Amazon HD (still have to decide) and I'd like to know if there is a way to play all the music (SD card and streaming service) with the same player. It would be much more natural than having to switch apps, and also I'd be able to sort the music from the streaming service the same way I do with my local files. These services don't seem to bother sorting an artist discography by chronological order, which I think is a shame in 2022.

Do you know an app that can do that ? I think Poweramp doesn't integrate Qobuz and other streaming services, and I believe Roon and Audirvana only work with a Core on a PC, which I don't need because all my local files are stored in the M11 SD card.

Is there another solution for me ?

Thanks for your help

Have a look at USB Audioplayer Pro, this app is able to play local music and supports Qobuz and Tidal.

Unfortunately, with the last update (6.0.9.0) something happened on M11, it became very slow. I informed the programmer about the issue, he's looking what happened.

This problem does affect M11 only, on M11 Plus LTD everything runs fluently as always.

Until a month ago I was an owner of this dap and a happy one also . I did sell it to a friend that wanted it desperately lol. Then I was a period without a dap and recently bought an ibasso dx170. I must say I wasn't expecting that I would like the ibasso more than the m11. At the end it comes all to personal preferences .

Yes, this connection could work. And please switch the output mode of the M11 to lineout.

Best regards

Thanks. I finally set this up, and it works for my speakers. But connecting like this this is all new to me, so some questions.

What is best to control the volume? The PC or the speakers, does it matter? Or do I set the PC to 100%, and control volume through the speakers?

Can I also connect my headset to it (4.4mm balanced), and listen to music from my computer, without damaging the iem/ headphone?

And than windows settings, the Fiio M11 dac goes up to 384Khz/ 32bit. But there is no auto in windows 11, do I put the output also on 384Khz/ 32bit? I tried different settings they all work, but the M11 shows onscreen 48Khz/ 32bit??

Dear friend,

You could try to switch the output sampling rate of the Win11 in the sound page to 384k using the M11 as USB DAC.

Best regards

Thanks. I found out that for windows itself there is no auto. But in musicbee you can choose the ASIO/ WASAPI (exclusive) driver to get the intended bitrate.

What about my other question.

Can I also connect my headset to it (4.4mm balanced), and listen to music from my computer, without damaging the iem/ headphone?

UAPP is also unusable for me on the M11. Clicking on an album to display the tracks can sometimes take upwards of 30 seconds for me.
