My M11 won't start or charge. I had it plugged in over night and it wouldn't start in the morning. Any ideas what to do? I left it un plugged for a week, and then tried charging it via a lower voltage charge, which Fiio's website says to do, but it didn't work.

Anyone have this issue before?

Dear friend,

Sorry to hear about that. You could try to contact support@fiio.com or your seller for help.

Best regards

Also poweramp, for the last week or so, top reads 192k regardless of actual. Don't know why

Doesn't seem to be affecting anything audio-wise so not overly bothered. Have you tried enabling the fiio music app to see if that alters it ?

So a Poweramp only issue then. Have you noticed any audio issues? I have not.

No nothing mate

Edit - now it's back to displaying 192k.

Weird as the Poweramp software hasn't changed nor has the M11 firmware. So no changes, but started all this weirdness.

Before it would just display 96k (as that was set in Settings) for everything because it doesn't dynamically change like the FiiO native player

Mine is actually downsampling the hi res tracks looking at the audio info

EDIT: I switched off DVC in settings. Not sure why it should or would make a difference but now, as before the issue, everything regardless of original source is output as 96k and displayed thus.

Not sure why they can’t just match the source file like USB Audio player and the stock FiiO player but they never have. There was a technical explanation I saw a while back but didn’t make sense to me.

Hi, I've since swapped over to uapp. I have paid for a few music apps over the years and tend to rotate them on a whim. (They are all virtually identical when it comes to sound quality imho)

I think a Google search about Poweramp resampling might help you out.

What was your fix, for future reference?

Like I say, I think the choice comes down to UI preference.
