Dear friend,

Could you please indicate which one I should download? This one? https://apkpure.com/amazon-music/com.amazon.mp3
It seems that I could not find the HD version, sorry.
Did you contact Amazon support to see if they could help?

Best regards
16.2.2 is the HD version. That’s the version I’m having issues with. The app will not play any music, and will just buffer.

I installed 16.2.2 yesterday on my Moto g5.
And that does exactly the same thing...just rolls through my music and doesn't play anything.

Possible issues with Amazon app itself
I had to reinstall the older app a few times.

The FiiO Applications app only installs an older version of Amazon Music. I'm currently listening to Ultra HD tracks on Amazon Music using version 16.2.2, with the latest 1.0.7 firmware update for my M11. I had to update the firmware, uninstall Amazon Music and reinstall with APKPure. HTH

After installing Amazon Music from APKPure, do you reboot the M11? Oddly enough, I was able to get Amazon Music HD to playback correctly the first time I installed it on my Galaxy S9 Plus. It could be an issue with the app itself. Perhaps logging out of Amazon Music and then logging back in would be do the trick?

I've even done factory reset and did all of the steps above 2x
nothing seems to work on my M11.

So I update from 1.0.5 to 1.0.7 and now I can't move my apps from the second page to the home page. Is there something I need to do to get the apps to move from one screen to another and stay?

Easily driving my hd650 with unbalanced 3.5, with volume around 70/120.

Yeah, I have the hd660s running fine with the m11, I'm just such a noob that specs alone can't tell me if the Sundara would work too. Sadly I can't test the Sundara locally like I did with the Sennheisers....

Thanks for your response, appreciated!
