M11 is not the same class in SQ compare with X7II, there will have a new model to replace the X7II after couple months.

Understood, but bet there are many new or newer daps you never tried before already in the market.

• This one at least as good SQ of X5III from what I read. Had one & liked the sound but some issues & lag.
• This one has 2.5 & 4.4mm balanced (important for me)
• Looks stunning (as does the X5iii)
• Screen fills the front (don't like tiny screens on big daps as per Sony's)
• Will take my 2 x 512GB mSD cards.
• LDAC to work with my BTR3 + SE846's
• Reasonable priced.
• Long standby time and playback time fvia LDAC BT looks huge!

Oh...…… I want to treat myself to something new and why buy older tech.

The current Tidal app should support MQA on any Android device. Or use UAPP but not sure if it's possible to install the app since the M11 (and probably the next Fiio's high-end DAPs) doesn't suposup Google Play store.

I have UAPP apk as I normally try some beta's for them just before official release. Will be trying when my M11 arrives from Alli, plus I do have the UAPP MQA license too.

I know any android device supports MQA but without the MQA certification it won't perform the final unfold to the full 24/192. Also as far as no google play store, I have seen some mentioning aurora store as an alternative and saying it works nicely going to give that a shot when I get mine. I haven't seen anything official about google play support but there have been things said about the M11 launching in china first because it is easier since they don't need google play support as much over there (not sure if it is actually true), so that kind makes me interpret that as there may be google play support in a future firmware for the US version once launched. But I could be interpreting that wrong.

I have an LG V30 which has MQA hardware decode and listening at 24/96 vs 24/192 I'd say its really not noticeable, but I do only use Shure SE846's these days.
