But I feel the cups vibrate in passages with a lot of bass, I must play with internal dampening to soften this and treat the internal reflections.

I agree with @Ichos if you guys want a comparison to the K9 and if you want to know if it is a definitive upgrade on the K7. My answer would be yes. I recently did a review of the K9 and while it goes into detail about how it sounds more closer to the K9 pro ESS. The PL50 will add some extra quality to the sound of the K7 but it will not reach the technicalities and the performance of the K9.
Thus said, they have slightly different sound signatures so if you love the K7 for what it is then you better add the PL50.
The K9 will take you to a slightly different path.

After 74 hours of direct use without breaks, the temperature remains smooth, the grill mod is very efficient.

Remembering I made this mod just for the pleasure of playing, I like to customize my equipment, not the real need to make such a mod, not any problem with the temperature of the normal k7, just enjoy the good music.

Dreaming here of customizing a Fiio K9, well @FiiO could help me.
