After update to 1.1 stop working voice calls. At screen i saw call icon, but anybody hear me, and i dont't hear anybody

Strange, just today used BTR17 (fw 1.1) for a call and everything worked.

Can we all collectively agree that BTR17 would be so much better if we could just double click the volume to change tracks.. please

If we're going to ask, I want Fiio to add the Fast Low Dispersion or Hybrid filters. . Honestly, I use my phone to change songs in bluetooth mode; I don't see the point in the volume wheel having that function. In fact, I almost never touch the device when I can use the control app. Fiio won't do anything we ask unless it's to fix bugs, simple as that.

@FiiO @FiiO Willson it's realy trouble with 1.1. i'm downgrade to 0.62 and voice calls start working. Update to 1.1 again - stop working

Honestly, I use my phone to change songs in bluetooth mode; I don't see the point in the volume wheel having that function. Our use cases are completely different LMAO The main function of a BTR 17 imo is to be portable, and having the volume wheel as a next track button is insanely useful and preferred by many of us. We just need to speak up and hopefully Fiio can work with us

I’m perfectly happy if they give you this feature since it seems to be incredibly important to you. I will say that for me, I could take it or leave it. But I’d be happy for you if FiiO implemented it.

Im try update from local to ver 1.1 - voice not working, downgrade to 0.62 - upgrade to 1.1 from App - all same. At 1.1with android 13 at activa call not sound at headphone

Try to update to firmware 1.1 and shut down. Power on the device and do a factory reset. Shut down again, power on and try.

Hi, you are using USB or Bluetooth connection? We did not fix anything about calling in V1.1. You could try to adjust the volume in your mobile phone to higher level while calling to check again.

@FiiO Support Lin Lin Thanks for support. I'm using bluetooth. Try reinstall 1.1 again, after that reset to factory, clear paring, nothing change.Only silent at headphones BUT , it very interesting. After off and on again all start working!
