@FiiO , I will ask here (again), are you still supporting this device? Should we expect any firmware or Windows driver updates?

Dear friend,
1. Our product has one-year warranty. And if the product is out of warranty, you could still try to contact us or the seller for help.
2. We could not promise when there will be new firmware for it. As for the Windows driver, we could provide the new beta one(not compatible with Win7/8) for you if you need.
Best regards

Thank you for your reply, @FiiO but my BTA30 Pro functions perfectly and I am on Windows 11 Pro :)

I was just asking if you are still developing this device when it comes to its firmware and/or driver :)

Anyway, thank you

You will not get a proper answer only deflection partly due to the language barrier.

The device could do with another Firmware to fix the occasional freezing they finally admitted and tried to fix on last version, but TBH I hardly use mine now, a £15 aptX Adaptive Dongle does me fine for now.

fio. shou
Congratulations for your new product.

Maybe this is an obvious question, but I would like to know if it can be used as a Bluetooth transmitter, when connected as a DAC to a PC. My most common scenario is to use my PC with Foobar2k, because I have a large library of audio files on it and to be able to have the freedom to use my best TWS.

I apologize about the many post. This forum is not letting me edit my post. Don't know why. So that is why I had many small post.

Its been two days . I connected the bta30pro. to the apple which is the new m1 chipset. Doesn't work through usb c connector.

To Fiio or anyone else who knows. Why doesn't this device work through the usb c. connector. with an apple iMac m1? It took even a couple of tries for it to show up so I can select it as an audio output . I selected it and really horrible sound. Even my Qobuz player saw it and horrible sound. Just using iMac with YouTube horrible sound through safari.

I know my headphones work perfect. I have a device that can stream Ldac. The headphones work perfect with that device. But I can't use Qobuz with that device. That's why I wanted the fiio brta30pro.
