Ok. Something happened with my order from buy.com and I think I'll be reordering. Let's get it all out in the open. With an amp, which will sound better. er6 or er6i. After I get some responses I'll order one or the other

ER4s red/blue, since 2004
ER6i white, since 2005
ER4p all black, since 2006

Waiting for Xin SMini since Mar/2007...
Currently using ibassoT2 with ER4p.

I would seriously consider the PenguinAmp with bass boost IF the total shipped will be less to you in GBR. I seem to recall that cost was an issue with you when looking for ER6i, and the Penguin ships from Germany.

Do we know the cost of this amp after the new circuit boards and volume control are included? It would be at least $16 to ship one to GBR without insurance.

Doesn't this dry out the ears?

I don't know about you, buy my ears get waxy pretty quick. If I rub my fingers on the bowl part of my ears I feel a film of wax there. So using an alcoholed q-tip to clean the canals (as far as the foam ety tips go), and the bowl areas, keeps my ears feeling fresh and the tips from going nasty quickly.
