Well i have not listened much, but first impression is more low end and a little bit brighter, e.g. more V shape, i did not think the bass was to much, but the impact and low end is definitely a difference to the XIV.

As compared to the Zeus, which is mid forwardso Legend is v-shaped ?
Well compared to XIV my first impressions is more bass, and a little brighter. But take it with a grain of salt since i've been listening like 5 minutes... However it's not "V" shaped but more "v" shaped..so Legend is v-shaped ?
I was actually a bit surprised that it was brighter in the treble, but i think i've read it in a review somewhere.. I guess i just was focusing on bass and just forgot about the rest of the signature when i waited for them to arrive

From the pics, it looks like the nozzle of the X is on an angle vs the Zeus that is flat. Is that the case? More curious than anything else. OH, those really are nice looking.
'V-shaped' is one of those definitions that tends to do more damage than good when describing signatures, like 'musical' or 'lush'. The reason is that as a term they make a lot of sense to someone reading them, but the interpretation of what that actually constitutes is very subjective. So more often than not, what the person saying it has in mind is not likely to correspond to the one who reads it. I also like to use the term musical btw as its such an awesome term, but always explicitly elaborate what makes it so (any aspect of a signature or presentation can make something 'musical').
When people think of v-shaped, they most commonly tend to associate it with a bright and lean signature. While that can be true, some of the warmest and thickest sounding iems equally have a classic V-shape (like Vega), and then there's everything in between. You can have 3 V-shaped iems that will have little to nothing in common when it comes to their actual sound. In the case of Legend, it has enhanced bass and a brighter treble, but combines this with a full-bodied midrange and overall full sound.
(Not meant as an attack on anybody btw)

@thebratts - can you tell if the dynamic drivers are arranged face-to-face (i.e. a push-pull configuration)?
I cannot discern from your (awesome!) pics whether the dynamic drivers are separated or not.

And like I said, was not directed at you or anyone specifically Just a more general observation, I also often see people using 'musical' as a definitive statement to describe iems relative to each other.Good point. And didn't I say that. Not V but v
Separated, one on each "side" one bore each
