Congrats 🎉
I didn't see that coming tbh.
You were interested in Valkyrie MKII IIRC.
Thank you my friend, you remeber right, but i read a lot and Hero would have more treble than Valk2, less bass and a bit more forward lower high.
I my mind were also Odin but i'd test baby Odin before :p

I chose also looking at FR curves compared to my IEMs

I found hero not too much tips sensitive, but with stock cable I prefer Epro horn-shaped tips.
Comfort is very good!😍
I’ll do some cables rolling, any suggestions?

Hmm i don’t think I’d call it a baby Odin. Hero is a lot more feral than Odin and more niche. Odin is more versatile and much more technical (it’s more technical than pretty much everything I’ve heard). They do share similarities in their sub bass and mids though.

Thank you @Tristy i believe you and I hope to listen Odin asap.
Anyway I’m curious to see how hero scale with a better cable.

The plussound tri-copper was a very good pairing with it. The silver + gold, not so much.
I second that. The tri-copper is, in my opinion, the perfect pairing with the Hero.

Completely agree that the bass needs to be under control for the LX to shine. When you do that, the stage opens up hugely as well.
I love the extra effort for an LX logo on it, but yeah… way too similar to LV for me. 😳 oh well, beggars can’t be choosers 😜
Perhaps it will increase the spousal approval odds if they think they are Vutton?

My wife is a precious gem hobbyist. Makes my audiophile addiction seem quite pedestrian. When she decides to buy a stone, it costs way more than a Traillii. She really resonates with expensive cables because they remind her of the gold chains she gets with her stones.

You lucky guy! 😁

Am waiting for my LX SE, and I opt for the Cleopatra cable...

Wonder if there is any other upgraded cable which would fit the sound Sig of LX SE? My preference is a sound sig tilted more towards the balanced end, even though I do enjoy bass but probably not to the full scale as a LX OG.

Appreciate all the master's input.

I use the EA Leo 2 Octa with my LXSE and it’s been my ideal match so far. Horus Octa also pairs really well with it :)
