I do not hear any flex pop sounds on my Legend X custom.

I get flex on insertion into one ear, but not the other, in my LX customs. It weirded me out a little at first, but I can’t imagine that they would be designed in a way where that could actually cause trouble, as @goodvibes said.

Me neather when I was at EE office I had Lx on try for an hour never heard anything of this sort.

I have flex on my LX. Nothing on Fourte, JH Rosie or Senn IE800. I am confident it is not a problem.

I get driver flex on my Bravados as well, but only when inserting or significantly adjusting them. I also get driver flex on my Solaris, again when inserting or adjusting them. I'm not worried as it's a known effect of having a dynamic driver. I also learned about the vent holes on X series from reading the forum here. I was comparing my Bravados to my Phantoms and noticed that difference.

3 years ago I became an audiophile cause I purchased the shure se846 was an amazing buy at that time.

When I baught phantom I was thinking to replace se846 and it will be an end game lol.

They're made to accommodate insertion but bass note excursion is not even close. Flex happens when your eardrum and the driver have run out of normal excursion.
