I'm just curious really.  How would these stand up to daily use out and about?  Also how would they fair with rock and metal ?

Isolation is pretty good, as good as a custom but not as good as the best isolating custom. ER4p are little better but not so much. What could we say more ? Eartips from ES are not very comfortable but performance though I prefer Westone Star eartips.
One of the big advantages of the S-EM6 is that they are tolerant enough too be very pleasant on bad mastering as they are legion in metal and rock. Their sound signature is my taste for rock and metal, realistic on drums, bass, cymbals... What else, it's an expensive IEM that costs its performance.

Nice! The cables on SM64 seems to be holding up well, still about as malleable as it first came.
The ones on my SM3 has stiffen quite alot.

Will anyone recommend them with the Silver Dragon v1 cable? 
Theres also a Black Dragon in copper which has a warmer signature, advisable for a warm IEM such as the SM64 or S-EM6?
