This has been documented on the DX50 F.A.Q. As mentioned before DX90 shares similar firmware design with DX50. The F.A.Q should work with DX90 as well.

Ibasso dispatched my replacement unit yesterday and DHL delivered it today. The firmware revision still says 2.0.0. Someone mentioned the new firmware will only be released on the 15th? I could've misread though...

Just to share, I asked mp4nation yesterday if the DX90 will be shipped today or tomorrow since that's what iBasso said about stock. This was my reply:

I am sorry that your order is not mailed out yet.
We expect to receive the stock for the DX90 player in our warehouse by today or tomorrow. Once we receive the new stock, we will have your order mailed out to your address.

I don't know what you mean, the last batch was shipped out on monday last week and after that they said they would have a next batch ready this week. So if they will ship mine out before next week they have kept their promise. Next to that I always got a response from them within 24 hours and the deal with the R3's is pretty good, especially if you're able to sell them for 50/100USD. Besides, as stated before by someone else, iBasso will ship out their DX90's tomorrow as well.

  Identical to the AK100/120 case and very solid, and it really should have been included/bundled in the first place.
 
p.s. the stock case is a dust/lint magnet.

 
 
I got the black one.  It's identical to the one I got for AK100, which I think is BETTER than the brown one that came with my AK120 that got scratches SO easily:
 
 

 
 
Painful isnt' it?  I didn't even use my AK240 case as I don't want to repeat the same horror.
 
Not sure if the DX brown cases used the AK120 leather but I rather not risk it and got the black to be safe (both in looks and materials):

I think the AKs use a costlier leather that is prone to that. I thought it a bad choice as well.

Is scrolling by touch screen, the only way to search folder.?
Screen is so sensitivity every time my finger swipes up/down, it will accidentally open the folder.
Will never have a chance to play those albums at the bottom of the screen.
So any better ways?

My post was buried and still unable to find a better way.
