You gotta take out the other Folder file inside the extracted folder.

Right now it's basically folder within a folder.
Yeah, thanks. I got that, what I'm saying is I can't find any function on my unit to execute / initiate the update.

Not here. I did follow the the optimization guide (not rooted) just using the ADB App Control maybe something there disabled updates.

Jutem red japanese leather case. Love the fit, but the voulme knob is harder to adjust.

FANCY FANCY case

About the volume wheel area, I was afraid of that as it looked pretty tight in the photos. I asked Jutem about that and he assured me that it will be fine but still.

How does it smell???

Also, which carrier was it shipped with? Some local carrier?

So, can I use the QFil tool to load the newest firmware? If yes, would I completely unzip the package (the zip within the zip) and go to the actual file? Could someone post the simple 1., 2., 3. of how to do it.

Also, There are two posters on this thread that post about debloating... Matt and ... ? I can never remember if is @DAPpower or @quaddac can someone direct me to the post about the debloat commands to use via ADB?

This was Matt's debloat guide.

People keep asking me for it so here it is. This are all the commands you can copy and paste into console of AdbAppControl: https://adbappcontrol.com/en/ I have all these disabled on my 340 and no issues. Note BT is disabled and I have another KB app installed. You do NOT need root. You must enable Developer mode by tapping build until it says you are a developer and then enable USB Debugging in developer options to use app. Only works in Windows PCs but you can disable all these on DAP itself.

This is WHY my guide attempts to list what all the modules do so YOU can decide on what YOU want to disable rather than following a list. Very easy solution if you are NOT rooted is to enable Ibasso Updater module if you want to do OTA. After this weekend I will NO longer be on here and you will have to goto NPAudio forum to reach me as I am DONE with this site. Guides there will all be posted by end of day Sunday with some updates too. Only so much time during the week with work and these guides do take a lot of time to do.

There is bug nabber that needs to enabled to do logs for Paul. Click the boxes and choose enable from disabled tab listing. These guides are meant more for advanced users who have some understanding and willing to do some research if needed. IF you are just an end-user that wants to enjoy the music out of the box do NOT use them. These 2 are not documented in module listing but I see that I have to add them. To me they were so obvious I didn't see the need to define them.

So I just got my DX340 back from Bloom Audio (after they couldn't find any hissing problems), so far on my new Annihilator 2023 I can't hear too much hiss with the exception of a faint wave-like hissing that slowly jumps from left to right channel like a swing (when I play DSD files from internal storage) but it is faint and not too audible. This seems to have happened when I plugged in the DX340 charger to the wall socket/power conditioner.

I already deleted previous firmware flash and flashed the latest firmware image firehose files. So far I don't really hear the hissing problem I was having before but I'm expecting it to reappear in a few days (like it always does).
Unless by some miracle the transistors have finally broken in and stopped glitching...

Completed my copper mod for 340. Destroyed my ear. Imaging is precious 3D expanding all direction. Treble became silky smooth.
