I’m thinking they can’t fix it. I really like music videos and such so it’s a drag. I have no issues with my M17 with lip sync but it’s heavy to hold. Plus I like the sound of the DX 320 better.
I didn’t notice a change in sound. The lip sync is still not fixed so I’m guessing that can’t. Which is ridiculous considering the price and my other dips don’t have the issue.

But this is a music player not a phone (if desired I always use my phone for videos and it isn't any big deal) and I will take the sound over a video player. Maybe a different chip in the future will solve the issue for those who want music and video player.
hello, I had a preference for the amp13 but now that my amp14 at 200 hours of break-in is a totally different beast. With the latest firmware and running in the amp14 is the big winner for me.
Hi, can anyone who has tried both SP3000 and DX320 comment on SQ differences? Aware of the hardware and OS differences but looking for more comparisons on sound signatures.
Also, for those who had DX320 vs DX320X what are the findings on SQ differences with different chassis?
I tried the search function on this thread but didn't many comments so far.. Thanks!!

How much noise is there when adjusting volume, inserting headphones and handling the device. I've got lots of "pinging" with the amp 13. I always feel like I have to adjust or move it like a sleeping baby.
I personaly don't hear any difference if any. Just has a different outter case to me. The SP3000 is more spacious, blacker background and a bit more precise in my opinion.

With the Nutube module you will get that pinging sound and it is a normal thing for it. There is a really thin wire running the width of the module, and it is stretched pretty tight (like a guitar string). So what you are hearing is the vibration of that wire. As long as it doesn't hurt your ears, it doesn't affect the module in any adverse way when that happens.
Since upgrading to the latest firmware and installing the amp14 module, I get these flashes on the screen during boot up. It's usually a thin line that flashes for a fraction of a second. The player works fine. I have no obvious dead pixels. I have not sound or usability issues. I don't notice any issues when using the player. This just happens on boot up.

Is it vertical or horizontal. Momentary lines are not uncommon. You can also do a factory reset to see if that changes anything but it doesn't sound like an issue.
