Were there screen protectors included in your package? Just unboxed mine and none to be found

What I got when picking it up. Amp8 and CA02 separately purchased

There were with mine. I think they were in with the leather case.

Three way comparison between DX150 (upper left) M11 (upper right) and DX220 sitting on my keyboard. The cores of the DX220 are clocked very low at 800mhz most likely to maximize battery life and reduce the effects of heat. M11 is as powerful as a mid tier android phone, DX150 has less than half the juice, and DX220 is not set up for max performance of non audio apps. Perhaps some apps make it go higher but not the benchmarking app. Perhaps Paul can comment; my guess is they chose the lowest clock speed that didn't affect Mangoplayer operation.

This might sound utterly silly, but any sound comparos?

The most important question:battery life with the power camel called AMP8

Probably under 1 output impedance.

I think all the iBasso Amp modules are under 1ohm output impedance.

Amp 7 is 0.3
Amp 8 is 0.3

@Paul - iBasso or anyone please feel free to correct me if i am wrong
AMP1 MkII is about 0.3 ohms.

Hey @Paul - iBasso, when will the DAC mode be usable?

There's also a bug where switching from DAC back to DAP mode that might mute the audio.

Earlier in the thread before, I have also mentioned that switching back from SPDIF mode mutes the audio as well. Has this been fixed?

This is by design. When switching from optical or DAC/DAP, the DX220 pauses.

@Paul - iBasso

Bug#1:
Occasional audio skip at beginning of first song after resume still occurring on DX220. Is there a fix? On Android via MangoApp and Spotify. I recall same occurring previously on DX200.

Bug#2:
The skip/fwd button effect in Setting is reversed.

A recommendation, possible to include option for “double-tap screen to wake device”? Power button at the top not very easy to press when laying flat on table.

I'm afraid you misunderstood my post. The audio is muted even if I start playing another song after switching back from DAC or optical back to DAP output.

I have not been able to replicate this. Have you tried a factory reset? I will inform the software team again and we will continue to reproduce this.

Because of speed in co-music-listening operations.
Rewind, volume control when start to play huge flac or dsd etc. I faced(and facing) that a lot with all my dx200s and 150s.
Also want to add, don't pay too much attention to benchmark tests here. I ran AnTuTu benchmark and DX220 score was even a little lower than DX200, BUT when you are using new DX220 Mango app, it is faster and more responsive than original Mango app on DX200, a noticeable difference imho.
Do you mean that rewind and volume control works flawlessly and without lags always. Check please with large flacs(32bit), dsd and wavs.
How does tida work comparing to 150 and 200. Any improvements?
Thanks
