I think when you adjust to 0-100 in android, it mean 0 - 100 out of 150. This uses to protect too much volume by mistake.

Yeah I mean if the DX200 is a 95, the DX220 may be a 99. But the 95 one gets 7-8 hrs on balanced, the 99 gets 4-5hrs. I’ll take the 95 and save the $

I dont think dx220 has poorer battery than dx200 from my use. Maybe because setting high gain vs low gain?

Dx200 and dx220 have the same battery capacity. Playback time is nearly the same with amp8.

When my dx220 freshout of box the battery life was around 4hr+ for the 1st few cycles. After about 20cycles +/- was lasting around 5~6hrs+. I was on high gain in both mango os & android mango, with the android setting also on high gain.
After the ota update to the lastest firmware 1.15.233 i re-seated my amp1mk2 for fun. Somehow i gain some more battery time to around 7hrs. Now with amp8ex-fe im getting about 8hrs+/- while burning & listening at the same time.
My dose of mp3/flac is the same daily. So i wonder how battery life got better or did the re-seating of amp actually did affect something?

what do you mean by 're-seated'? my battery life isn't great after 1.15.233.. i'm mainly on mango os with low gain about 5hrs usage?
