Im successfully driving the DCA Aeon 2 C's with it. The only difference is I have modded my AMP8 to be an EX model. but the power is the same and it sounds good to me. Im using the balanced output. But the Aeon 2's are only 18Ohms.

It is 13 ohms btw
How good is the DX228 & A2C (with 4.4mm cable) pairing ? Does it worth the $2297

Oh yes it is, in need of new glasses :). I made a 2.5mm balanced cable out of silver litz. And I use the ibasso adaptor for 2.5 to 4.4 (I use the cable for other Daps too). I relay like the pairing and the DX220 is just brilliant for the money. All in all the A2c's punch above their price and so does the DX220, with a good cable I think you cant beet it for the price. Just MHO though.

I also like the Mojo/poly pairing but the poly is a bit of a bitch to control.

Sennheiser MX985 sounds so nice with DX229, nice surprised.

well, Sony DAPs would take longer to scan the libraries....that is in my experiences

I have been using HD800S for my DX228EX....from tuning the EX signatures into Daily usage too. I also love Aiva with DX228EX

Actually, one of the Best attributes of DX228 as a combo would be the ability to drive many full sizes headphones in a small package. This is why I love it so much.

Okay. A little novice, I'm still documenting myself, I'm getting an iBasso dx220 next week. I had a choice between iBasso dx200, Fiio x7 mark 2 with THX mode and dx220. All three were at the same price, I hope I made the right choice.

Sorry if any asked but is there anyway to restore the app I bought on play store like Neutron, poweramp without using the play store mod?
(I feel it affected the sound a bit on the bad sdee.)

Use your APK and download the Google Play store app with it.

I did restored UAPP license with newest DX220 firmware . What I did : installed newer google play service and google play store before first login to play store . After these steps , I can install and update every apps I had purchased from play store without any mod .
