Is here anyone who tried to run Audeze EL8 on AMP8? I really can't decide is it worth to make custom balanced 4.4 cable for EL8 or its better just to sell it.
I am finally getting around to flashing the Oreo firmware, (v.1.05) but can't find Lurker0's Add-on to get the Play Store back again. I searched his GitHub site but only saw the old firmware versions. Could someone please post a link to download his latest Add-on?? I would like to install the latest firmware updates before leaving for AXPONA. Thanks!
Awesome! @jamato8 and myself will be at the iBasso table for the show so we'll get to meet!
Wow. This is a big improvement appearance-wise, at least according to my personal taste!
The only thing I never liked much about the DX200 was its appearance (I know others who did love it though!).
But for me, this is a much more modern and sleek design, worthy of a new flagship (assuming that is what it will be).
Exciting times ahead

I concur. The DX200 design always seemed like a series of tough compromises that ended up making it a frankenstein monster half way between the utilitarian music first style of something like a Lotoo and the slick smartphone-style X7ii.

Running into problems updating firmware to latest Oreo. The update aborts about half way through. I never had this issue with previous updates, so is it possible to go directly from v.2.10.215 to the latest Oreo or do I need to go sequentially through the beta? The instructions using the SD card sounded pretty straight forward but no luck despite downloading the Jan 11th update several times with both Chromebook and PC. I am beginning to lose patience and am wondering if the update is worthwhile, as everything is working well with my present firmware.

You have to use the Android Tool to update to Android 8. It is the Official first update. Then after that you use the SD card method but you have to use the Android Tool the first time, which is different from the Batch Tool that has been used before. It is in the download with the instruction on either the Beta version of Oreo or the first official update. You don't have to go through any sequence of updates but you do have to use the Android Tool the first time.Running into problems updating firmware to latest Oreo. UPDATE: Everything went well and I am now running the latest firmware with Lurker's add-on.

Half way between industrial and fashionable is my ideal design sensibility. For me, another reason to like the DX200.
I prefer DX200Ti appearance over DX200. The DX220 looks beautiful but I hope it comes with better specs and battery.Wow. This is a big improvement appearance-wise, at least according to my personal taste!

I agreed and still love the SQ of DX204STI.
Let see how DX220 would really outperform the DX200TI?

Having just bought a DX200 a couple of months ago I doubt I will be buying a DX220 for at least a year or two. The DX200 is adequate for me.
Base on my experience with DX200 I will not get DX220 on day one...if i'm ever going to get one.
