Yup, thats why I mentioned it's only for (specs) details as none of the other sites have english specs.

Scroll down from top with finger. Menu says charging scroll further and choose view SD card.

This is implemented in hardware (SoC), not in the firmware. So, if it does not work, it should be hardware problem, with USB cable, socket, controller inside your DX200...

You have the flash utility tool launched/running when holding play button and plugging cable in correct?

What do you mean? Its charging, I can see both internal and external sd cards. So usb is fine, what would be wrong

Yes correct. Only issue is I didn't have to install the provided driver as windows installed it and recognized it as dx200

Assuming you are using Win 10 v1803 , I got the same problem just days ago . I fixed this problem by holding play button and plugging cable to another USB hub then done . Not sure if it helps , just for your reference .
