My AMP4 is now having issues with the left channel cutting out when I use the adapter. I have to twist and pull it out slightly for it to work properly...

Does anyone know of a rubber spacer that can stay semi-permanently on the 4.4mm plug? I store my headphones at the end of each workday and unplug from the DX200, and have already lost one of the spacer rings. Something semi-permanent on the plug would be awesome. Or are there any specific plugs that are better than others? Currently using Sony cable.

We know of some people who use "reinforcement rings" , those sticky round tape you pull out right after a hole puncher, before slotting paper into file. Just a suggestion, not sure if it works for you.

I use one of the spacers that came with the CA02 adapter, I put a small spot of super glue on it to hold it and it’s been great. Maybe message Ibasso and see if they can send you some, really couldn’t cost much and not much more than the postage.

Hmm, interesting that the CA02 and DX amps don't work perfectly together.
