Dear ibasso, please help as my unit will not upgrade the firmware either via Wi-Fi or with a local file copied into the route of the sd card. The Wi-Fi connection is fine and I have 're copied the zip file several times just in case....

When you unzip the file you download from our site there is a new zip file. There are also directions on doing the update. Please read the instructions and also use the new zip file for the update.

iBasso Stay updated on iBasso at their sponsor profile on Head-Fi.

Any apps such as Tidal , Google Playstore need to be sideloaded with flash drive or OTG.

1) down file from ibasso

2) unzip that file

3) there will be two files inside

4) add that file.

5) choose local update (dont tick the auto update box)

My computer no longer reads my DX200. I can't use it as a USB DAC anymore. It keeps giving me an error:

"Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) is not working properly"

How do you force the DX200 to reinstall the driver? I already tried uninstalling it, but it's not working. I even rebooted my computer and the DX200...

I always have back up cables. No matter how expensive I have about 10% that have failed either to charge or transfer data so always have 2 extra at a minimum.

Th
Just one at at time, you'll be burning it in while listening. 2.5 or 3.5 will continue the burn in process, when your finished listening plug in the burn in cable and let it continue. Hope you enjoy your new DX200, let us all know how you like it.

Thanks! So other than the most recent firmware from Ibasso, is there any firmware that gives a cleaner sound presentation? I only know of Lurker0... semi newbie here...

Hi
If you can not access any function of the dx200 when connected to the pc, there is a solution to the android developer tools. In a few posts back.
If there are only problems with the usb dac, in my experience never I could use the dac usb, with the official driver.
Uninstall the official driver and download the available on the page of asio, works without problems.

Best regards

Try connect with another USB cable?

I don't have another USB-C cable on hand, but adjusting the original one seemed to fix the issue. Looks like the factory iBasso USB cable is faulty...
