Don't know about the DX200 but usually in Android to enable developer mode you do this;

Open Settings> About> Software Information> More.

Then tap “Build number” seven times to enable Developer options. ...

Go back to Settings menu and now you'll be able to see “Developer options” there.

Where exactly in the DX200 Android settings did you find Developer mode??

1. Open up the settings menu.
2.Scroll all the way down to "About DX200". Tap on it.
3.Scroll all the way down to "Build Number"
4.Tap on it multiple times till you get a countdown. Continue tapping till you get a notification on screen with "Developer mode enabled"
5.Press back.
6.Developer options should be right above "About DX200".
7.Tap on Developer options and scroll down to ****** animation scale.
8.Set all of these to either 0.5 for faster transitions or off for instant transitions.
9.???
10.PROFIT!

Anyone can comment the battery life in Dx200? How many hours do you get for a continuous play?

I tried once keeping it playing with the burn in cable (balanced output) for 6 hrs without charging and around 30% of power was left afterwards.

Burn in cable drains battery faster than regular headphones during normal listening

Mine using balanced using T8ieMKII, playing mixed of redbook and up to 24/96 files I get around 7 hours. I spent a lot of time turning the screen on but all wireless antennas are off. At the very least it last 6 hours with wifi on. If I just play music continuously without turning the screen on, it should last around 8 hrs.

What's is your volume level?

Anyone know of replacement screen protector that fits DX200 (preferably a tempered glass) ?

  80 - 90 at low gain

OMG I never reach that level. It seems that my battery life is lower than others. For 16bit/44.1kHz, it may last long almost 8 hours. For 24bit/96khz, it drains 13-14% per hour. For 24bit/192kHz, it drains 17% per hour. Every experiment is on Pure Mango OS, high gain, volume at 75 steps with monk+ balanced version.

The higher the resolution the more current is used and so you will get the longest battery life with 16/44. I get a little over 8 hours with 16/44 and then less with increasing resolution rates.

On a good day, I can get up to about 105.

What was that again? .....

That would actually depend on the file you are play. Some tracks requires more volume. I have a few that let me push the volume as high as 108. A few overly compressed file at 70 is already loud enough. I think iBasso should really add replay gain as a feature. It is one of the useful feature with Rockbox.

I know, I know, volume level.

it will depend on a few factors such as the recording, IEM / Headphone sensitivity.

With my current IEM 105 - low gain is about my upper limit.

Dynamics are really kicking in by this stage...
