DUNU releases EST 112, a triple hybrid in-ear with dual electrostatic tweeters

Arrived this morning, fitted same tips as I'm using on my other IEMs (can't recall what they are, but they just work well for me) and they sound great right out of the box. I have no issue with light or lean bass, there's a real sub bass thud to the kick drum on the opening bars of Fear of a Blank Planet. The 2-5K band is a bit pronounced, but that will calm down a bit with more use hopefully. Lots of detail, great microdynamics for an IEM. Snares don't slam your brain as much as they do listening on Hemps, but then not much does (test track for this is Keb 'Mo A Better Man of the album Slow Down)
Very impressed with the packaging / presentation etc.
These are perfect for their intended use, mostly off my phone via UAPP app with a bit of PEQ adjustment, but they sound great through the Element 2.

This EQ in UAPP / Toneboosters works really at taming that 2k hump and adding a bit of low boost. These things are EDM monsters.

I am loving my 112 Est. And I thank @RikudouGoku for the clue. After some test listening, the taping of the internal vent brings out a little more noticeable 'thump' from the sub bass and do not damages the very good high frequencies and airy sound of the earphones. So evident in a classic peculiar track as Yusef Lateef's "Detroit", Atlantic 1969, track # 03 Russell And Eliot, with its tasty basses arrangement, electric in the left, acoustic in the right.
I love Dunu 112 Est for its balanced gamma, details and soundstage. I favor TSMR Land as a tri -hybrid for commuting, because of the better fit and isolation. But I must admit the less "bassy" 112 when it comes to soundstage, layering and textured bass sounds a step forward.

I’ve had my set for over a year and love the accessories included and the cable. Best of all is the sound. I never found it to be too shrill in treble and bass seems fine to me. The only downside is the size. They stick out pretty far and unless I get it wrapped around the ears just right they can come loose. But, as far as iems these are awesome!

I may reccomend you for Dunu EST112 fitting/ stability issues the new TRI Clarion tips. Very fitting and stable for my ears, they may bring out smoothly a hint of sub bass, which is not a pity either.

This is one of the best tuned iems I have ever heard / reviewed.
If you like natural life like tuning without exaggerating any part of the frequency response then you can't go wrong.
Drivers integration is perfect , it is detailed without being analytical , bass is very neutral with good extension and great clarity/layering.
Mids breath and are well presented and high are extended without any severe peaking or brightness.
Stage is very wide and precise and dynamics are very good.
There is a certain lack in stage depth and presentation is not very visceral but don't lean either.
Fit is great despite photos might suggest differently.
A solid choice without any negatives.
Dunu well done this is going to be a real best seller.
thanks ,bro
