Good for you!Today I got my repaired right Glacier earpiece back from Dunu and it's perfect again (https://www.head-fi.org/threads/dunu-discussion-impressions-master-thread.961127/post-18601207).
I've been told it was the some mid-range BA that got damaged somehow. I've been buying Dunu products for more than 10 years and this is the first time anything happened, so I'm just tossing this in the "unlucky" pile, it's probably very very rare. For the record, I bought the Glacier last year in November and I listened to it daily since then.
The repair turnaround was 19 days, I sent the earpiece in on the 5th of March and I got it back today the 24th of March.
@DUNU-Topsound you guys absolutely rock, amazing customer service!
To anyone who buys Dunu, buy with confidence, you're in good hands.

Most people don't really know it, and I am surprised that it doesn't happen more often, but BA transducers are very delicate, and a simple drop can damage them. Basically you have a "stick" balanced, and held in place by a magnet on either side; each exerting their force on the "stick". Jar it too hard and the "stick" gets off track and is no longer affected by one or both of those magnet's magnetic field.
This, btw is a super over simplification......
