Mostly on a PC--->FiiO E-10 DAC --->Realistic STA64B vintage amp --->D2000's..................heavenly and thunderous bass. 
 
If you haven't tried a vintage amp yet, you are clearly missing out.

Alright, looks like I might be keeping my NuForce HDP after all as I always have enjoyed how it sounded with my D5000's and its DAC very nice and well known for its sound.

I have them at work and anyone who stops by my office says how much they like them. My boss asked how she could get a pair..........so I said give me $300 for a used D2000 and another $250 for the cups. Thought that wasn't unreasonable. We'll see.......

Well I had my car looked at today by a mechanic and it's going to cost less to fix than I anticipated, so I will be getting some Alpha Pads here in the next week or two
