I figured something like this would happen. I just bought mine a few days ago for $225 (amazon). Still feel they're worth every penny considering how well they're made.
Electronics-Expo actually seems to have decent ratings at reseller ratings. Its a bad habit, but I kind of like Amazon due to the return policy, but this hurts the "little guy". Amazon doesn't always have the best prices on headphones. HD-600 is $399 and the k701 is now just as bad.
