Does anyone happen to have the AD900's? I am thinking about upgrading to them from the AD700's sometime in the future.

I can bring my AD700's and should have my Fiio E5 amp by then. Although, they are just meh compared to what you guys have!!!

I actually didn't know... probably because I wasn't really following it. It's okay, we still have a bunch of other cool stuff, I guess.

Also, I realized I only have one set of pads between my SR-5NB and Koss ESP10 and therefore will only be bringing one of them. Preferences? If none, I'm just going to go with the SR-5NB.

I'd be curious to hear the difference between the SR-5NB and the SR-5. I also have a spare set of pads that look identical to the SR-5 pads.

If you want me to bring both and I'll just borrow your pads for the meet, that'd be fine, too. My soldering on the WPI plug I replaced the stock plug with isn't that robust so I'm going to have to redo that, and I need to get around to felting the backs of the cups or something... ah, more work.

I'm new to this and am unsure how it all works. If all I have is a bunch of low-end phones that everyone's already heard and so are not worth bringing along, plus no headphone amp, am I still welcome? The list of equipment that will be there is on the intimidating side.
