Word I put down 1/31 but I can make either of the last two.

Since no one is going to vote for 1/17 and I will be back in school the other two dates, I'll have to see if I can still make it.

Hey -

You should get in touch with the library ASAP to see when they have space - that may end up being a limiting factor. They got back to me saying they were booked for both 1/17 and 1/24.

I already put in a reservation for 1/31 with a second choice of 2/7

What time? Just a thought, you might want to update the thread with the time since you made the reservations. I don't meant this in a negative just curious and trying to help

. Man I'm excited this should be a lot of fun.

I would love to make it but don't know if I can. I would not know what equipment to bring, probably not anything electrostatic.

They're open 9-5, so I thought I'd reserve for the entire day.

I just got a reply from the library saying that the room is not available on 1/31 or 2/7. I'll try for the larger room, but if anyone has another suggestion for a location, it'll be welcome.

Yeah I don't like their online booking system it seems unnecessarily inefficient and painful. I can't think of other good free venues besides a library, unless someone can offer up a house (which I might be able to but can't commit right now) or office. Maybe somebody else's local library has space?

I've put in a request for the auditorium which has a capacity of 185 people, vs 35 in the meeting room. I asked and they said that tables can be moved in there and there's plenty of electrical outlets.

If that pans out, I can try the Shirlington Library, also in Arlington.
