I measured the output impedance on my BHC with Chatham 6as7g and Sylvania 6c5 inputs last week and got 182 ohms which is pretty close to the 188 I have seen thrown around on the internet.
I measured the output impedance on my BHC with Chatham 6as7g and Sylvania 6c5 inputs last week and got 182 ohms which is pretty close to the 188 I have seen thrown around on the internet. There is a reason they don’t really recommend driving low impedance headphones with the BHC. With a 15 ohm load the sine wave started clipping at a pretty low level, a little less than 1 volt peak to peak and around a third of a volt rms.

Probably the most inexpensive option is to cable tie them. There are self adhesive pads that the cable ties pass through but instead of using the self adhesive pad remove it scrape it off and then glue the pad directly to the underside of the top plate two per capacitor if you can fit two bases which you should be able to as shown in the pic below
