I filled out the form on their website a few days ago and followed up asking for a quote.  I have gotten no response or confirmation of any kind.  Are they still in business?  Does anyone have contact info for them?

jfunk is a member here.  customcans  is also on eBay.  Any search for colored Senn HD25 pads on eBay will likely get you to them. 
 
So there are other ways.
 
 
EDIT:  I just tried an eBay search.  Was surprised to see zero matches.  I see what you mean now.

got in contact with jfunk.  Looks like they have a backlog, and my request is super complicated, so here's hoping...

Confirmed, seems they are just don't bother answering ever. I was asking a question through their contact form - no answer. I made an order, was unlucky to make a mistake with address, immediately send the e-mail to jfunk@customcans.co.uk hoping to correct it - no any respond. Now I just see that they sent it already on their website. Even no confirmation e-mail received about the shipment. Very disappointing.
 
 
ADDED: just got an e-mail from them telling me that they corrected the address, so maybe I'm too harsh on them, sometimes shet happens, whatever.
