Hello everyone,
I am currently sitting on a pair of pretty crappy urban ears headphones. My biggest problem with them is the fact that they get super uncomfortable after 2-3 hours. Do you have any suggestions on an upgrade for me? I use them mostly for MP3s, not flac, no home theatre etc, so I don't need any top of the line.

I've been looking at Grado SR60i, V-moda Crossfade LP, Beats Solo etc.

I'd really like an over-ear choice, would be super grateful if you experts could help me out a tiny bit.

I've only heard one pair of Grados (SR325IS) and to my ears, they were bright and sibiliant with a lack of bass presence.  To give you a reference, my ears are attuned to the HD650.  That means I enjoy a darker, smooth sounding headphone with a strong emphasis on mids and deep, somewhat impactful bass.
