I usually buy Jamaican Blue Mountain beans green, and roast them myself...and in small enough batches that there is never any surplus. Combined with the fact that I use a vacuum syphon which involves an alcohol burner, everyone else is usually far too lazy to mess with my coffee. But if this happened to me, I would be pretty sad.
