I watched this too when it came up on my YT feed - as well as the other two conductors.
She is more receptive and emotive than the other two students. Really enjoyed watching her work.

I learnt how demanding the job of the conductor is - not to mention how relentlessly demanding Beethoven's compositions are. The musicians really need to be on it between themselves as much as with the music and conductor.
